These terms apply to reservations, food orders and boutique purchases made through the Garmaii website.
Merchant and services
Garmaii Boutique & Diner provides restaurant reservations, prepared food and beverage services, boutique products, souvenirs and related fulfilment from 32 Bridge Street, Soufrière, Saint Lucia.
Prices and transaction currency
Website prices and online transactions are stated and processed in US dollars (USD / US$). Any service charge, delivery cost, shipping cost or tax that applies must be shown or confirmed before payment. Garmaii does not add a surcharge solely because a customer pays by Visa or Mastercard.
Orders and reservations
An online submission is subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only after Garmaii responds and any required deposit is paid. A product order is accepted after stock, fulfilment method and final total are verified. Garmaii may contact the customer if an item, time or delivery option is unavailable.
Secure payment
When activated, online card payments are processed through the Bank of Saint Lucia and CyberSource. Card information is entered only in the secure payment interface and is not collected or stored by this website. Eligible digital-wallet options may appear when enabled for the merchant account.
Customer responsibility
Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery and order information, review product and food descriptions, notify Garmaii of allergies or dietary requirements, and inspect orders promptly upon receipt.
