Information collected
We collect information customers submit, including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, delivery addresses, reservation details, order contents, dietary or allergy notes and customer communications. The payment provider may separately collect billing and card information.
How information is used
Information is used to register customers, fulfil reservations and orders, arrange pickup or delivery, send confirmations and receipts, provide support, reconcile payments, manage inventory, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet legal or banking obligations.
Cardholder data
This website does not request, receive or store full card numbers, card security codes or card expiry dates. When online payment is enabled, sensitive payment information is submitted directly to the approved CyberSource payment interface.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with staff and service providers that need it to operate the reservation, order, payment, delivery, communication or hosting service, or where disclosure is legally required. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable accounting, dispute and legal obligations.
Customer choices
Customers may request access to or correction of their information, or ask about retention and deletion, by contacting Garmaii. Some transaction records must be retained where required by law, the bank or card-network rules.
